Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply when you download, install, or use the Youtify application, or when you browse this website (together, the “Service”). “We”, “us”, and “our” mean MELOSTARA TECHNOLOGY LLC. Please read them before you use the Service.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Youtify.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use, in line with these Terms and the Google Play rules for the install.

You may not:

• Copy, sell, sublicense, lease, or commercially exploit the app.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract source code, except where the law allows it.
• Make unauthorized derivative works of the app.
• Bypass security or technical limits.
• Use the app in violation of law or someone else’s rights.

Rights that are not expressly granted stay with us. Youtify is closed-source software. Installing it from Google Play does not give you ownership of the app.

3. The Service

Youtify is a music app for Android. You install it only from Google Play. This website does not offer an APK or any other install package.

The app does not host or own third-party songs, videos, images, or metadata. That material stays with its owners. Availability depends on third-party services and can change or stop.

4. YouTube and APIs

Some features use YouTube API Services and other third-party services for search, metadata, or playback. Those features are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy, and other rules that govern YouTube API Services.

YouTube and other platforms may change or withdraw their APIs. Features in Youtify may change as a result.

5. Acceptable use

Use Youtify only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the app to violate the law or someone else’s rights.
• Copy, record, download, or redistribute third-party content in a way that infringes the owner or the source platform’s terms.
• Circumvent DRM or access controls.
• Scrape the app or connected services with bots or similar tools.
• Interfere with the app or try to access it without permission.

6. Copyright

MELOSTARA TECHNOLOGY LLC respects copyright. If you believe content reachable through Youtify infringes a work you own or represent, follow the Copyright Policy. We may also refer a notice to the platform that supplies the content.

7. Google Play

Installs and updates come from Google Play. If the Play listing offers an in-app purchase, Google Play bills it, renews it, and handles refunds under Google’s policies. Manage purchases in your Google Play account. Prices shown in the store can vary by region.

8. Intellectual property

The app’s software, name, logo, and interface (apart from third-party media played through it) belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or exploit them without written permission, except where the law allows. Third-party content and trademarks stay with their owners. Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Google Play, Firebase, YouTube, and similar providers have their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or that a particular track or feature will remain available.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MELOSTARA TECHNOLOGY LLC and its operators and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the Service. This does not limit liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

12. Third-party services

The app depends on Google Play and may depend on YouTube and other platforms. Their terms govern your use of those services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Termination

We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we discontinue the app, where the law allows. When access ends, the license ends and you must stop using the app.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The revised version will appear on this page with a new date. If you keep using the Service after that date, you accept the revised Terms where the law allows that result.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are brought in the courts that have jurisdiction, unless a law requires otherwise.
