This Privacy Policy applies when you download, install, or use the Youtify application, or when you browse this website (together, the “Service”). Youtify is published by MELOSTARA TECHNOLOGY LLC (“we”, “us”). Please read this policy before you use the Service.

1. App access
Youtify is offered on Google Play. This website does not distribute an APK. By using the Service you agree to this policy. We use information to run and improve the Service, and we do not sell it.
We grant a limited license to use the app for personal use, subject to the Terms of Service and Google Play’s rules. You may not copy, republish, or mine the app or its data without our written consent.
2. Data on your device
Playlists, listening history, lyrics cache, equalizer presets, theme choices, and similar records stay on your device. They are not stored in a Youtify cloud account. You can delete them in the app or by clearing the app’s storage in Android settings. That deletion cannot be undone.

The app may use device identifiers, such as an Android advertising ID, to operate features. That information remains on the device unless a service listed below processes it.

Youtify uses YouTube API Services. By using those features you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s Privacy Policy applies to data processed through YouTube API Services, in addition to this policy.
If you sign in with a Google or YouTube account, account data may be processed to show library, history, or recommendation features, limited to the permissions you grant.
5. How we use information
- To provide playback, search, playlists, lyrics, themes, and related features.

- To keep the Service safe and enforce our terms.
- To meet legal duties.
- To understand how the app is used so we can improve it.
6. Log data
If the app reports an error, we or a provider such as Firebase may receive log data. That can include IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, and the time of the error.
7. Cookies
The app itself does not set cookies. This website and third-party libraries may use cookies or similar tools. You can control cookies in your browser.
8. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect personal information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
9. Links
The Service may link to other sites. Those sites are not operated by us. Read their privacy policies before you share information.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 16.
